How Do I Book a Luxury Picnic?

Once you have decided on a theme, picnic package & Add-Ons, simply fill out our booking form, pay the deposit and your event will be secured.

How Does Payment work?

a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Until that is made, the time slot is available for anyone to book. The remaining payment is due no later than 5 days prior to your picnic event. you may also choose to pay for the picnic in one installment.

How Does The Luxury Picnic Work?

we will have everything set up & ready for your arrival at your chosen time & location. we’ll be there waiting at your luxury picnic until you arrive ensuring nobody alters or removes anything from your picnic site. once you arrive, we will leave you to enjoy your luxury picnic. after you are finished relaxing, we will return at the agreed time to pack up & clean everything for you, leaving you to enjoy the rest of your day.

What Happens If The Weather is Inclement for my Picnic?

Unfortunately, the weather is out of our control. we prefer to relocate the picnic indoors, our designs still look just as lovely. if that’s not possible, we will do everything in our power to reschedule your event.

How Can I Cancel?

as sad as this makes us, we know that sometimes we have to change plans. we ask you to call or text us at 850.582.6217 at least 72 hours before your picnic is scheduled to receive a possible partial refund. due to our number of bookings, deposits are non-refundable if not cancelled 72 hours before your scheduled picnic, as we have held your date & turned down other events in order to do so. no shows are non-refundable as our ability to fill the time has been lost.

Is It OK If I’m Late?

while we are here to make your day easier & help create beautiful memories, we ask that you respect our time & arrive at the agreed time as we respect yours. We do know life gets in the way so we offer a 10 minute grace period. Please let us know as soon as you know you will be delayed by calling or texting us at 850.582.6217. Please understand that we have the right to pack up the picnic without refund. please also note, that your picnic time starts from the originally agreed time. please plan accordingly to traffic.

What Happens If I Want to Leave The Picnic Earlier Than The Agreed Time?

if you would like to leave the picnic early, please call or text us at 850.582.6217 30 minutes prior to your departure & we will return asap. Please note that your are responsible for all picnic items until we return. sorry, no refunds will be given for early departure.

Can I Bring My Own Food/Drink?

yes? you can byo-anything. we will have all the necessities there for you: plates, glasses (acrylic for beach) utensils, linens, etc. all packages come with 1 complimentary still or sparkling water per guests. if you choose to consume alcohol, peaches & promises picnic company is not liable for any fines or legal ramifications. enjoy responsibly!

What If Something Gets Damaged or Broken?

of course we expect you to use our inventory with care & it remain in the same condition as was provided at the beginning of your picnic. all of peaches & promises inventory has been purchased , passed on from my ‘late’ sister & carefully selected for all to enjoy. Replacement charges will be assessed & charged on any inventory due to theft, abuse, abandonment or intentional damage.
